If you happen to own an Xbox 360, you may have an interest in modding it to expand its functionality dramatically. However, the Xbox 360 is a weird case, where it requires a partial hardmod (physical modification to the hardware) in order to exploit it. This can, in some cases, be a challenge. Despite this, if you have experience with soldering, it can be done. And if you want to attempt this yourself, you've come to the right place.
There are many ways to mod an Xbox 360, but the most common and most compatible is the Reset Glitch Hack (RGH) and its iterations. The easiest, fastest, simplest, cheapest, compatible, and most effective version is RGH3, which only requires a $4 programming chip, some wire, and a resistor.
This guide will primarily focus on this version, although will make mention to alternate versions.
